Setting up Reports

Most of the reports that are shipped with Eco Time are archived and must first be activated (un-archived) before they can be printed.

To set up the required reports for printing, proceed as follows:
  1. In the Jump Starts option window select the *Reports*option and the following window will be displayed:

Select Required Reports - (Step 1)
To select the reports that can be printed, proceed as follows:
  1. Inthe Jump-Start Reports window, click the Choose Reports button and the following window will be displayed.

  1. Using the move arrows to move the Reports that are required for printing from the _Archived_pane to the _Current_pane.
  2. When all required Reports are displayed in the _Current_pane, click Close.
Select Required Payroll Export - (Step 2)
To select the type of Payroll Export to be used, proceed as follows:
  1. At the Jump-Start Reports window, click the Choose Payroll Extract button and the following window will be displayed.

  1. Using the move arrows, move the Payroll Extracts that are required from the _Archived_pane to the _Current_pane.
  2. When all required Payroll Extracts have been selected, click Close.
Schedule Reports for Automatic Printing - (Step 3)
To set up the system to print particular reports automatically at a set time, proceed as follows:
  1. In the Jump-Start Reports window, click the Schedule Automatic Reports button and the following window will be displayed.

  1. Use the Add, Change*or *Remove*buttons to add new, to change or remove existing time scheduled reports. *Note: A clock icon (as shown in the example window above) will be displayed next to the reports that have been scheduled for printing.
  2. Once the required reports have been scheduled, click Close.
