Reports are not shown on screen or emailed.
  1. Do a Ctrl-F5 in the browser once logged into the web interface.
  2. Disable anti-virus scanners and check if it makes a difference.
  3. Check that the Eco Time data folder and sub folders had full read and write permissions.
  4. Check for invalid file characters in the report name.
  5. Clear the \Data\Web\reports folder of old reports.
