  • Eco Time / CS Time / TNA must be excluded from each client workstation's antivirus package.
  • For Windows XP - TNA must be installed into Program Files i.e. C:\Program Files\TNA and the TNA data to c:\Program Files\TNA\Data .
  • For Windows 7 32bit/64bit - TNA must be installed to C:\Programs Files (x86)\TNA (64bit) or C:\Programs Files\TNA (32bit) and data to C:\ProgramData\TNA\Data. Check that the permissions are setup correctly.
  • Make sure all features and hardware type that are not required are not selected. I.e. if you are using CSTC hardware deselect Capeclock and Actateks
  • Have Eco Time / CS Time / TNA license file or license details with you.
  • Windows Firewall - by Default Windows's firewall blocks Eco Time / CS Time / TNA . The Inbound and Outbound Rules for the firewall must be set to allow the program full access
